Arc for macOS
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arc, a macOS menu-bar radial-launcher application ("Arc", "the App") published by Shubham, an individual developer ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Arc, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use Arc. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Arc on Macs you own or control, for your own personal or professional use. This license is provided under the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for apps obtained via the App Store, where applicable.
You agree not to:
Arc, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is owned by its developer and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Arc, only the limited license described above.
Arc is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Arc will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every macOS configuration or third-party application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Arc, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to Arc will not exceed the amount you paid for Arc in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use Arc if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Arc and uninstall it at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
