Terms of Service

By downloading or using Who Goes?, you agree to these Terms of Service. They are written to make the important parts easy to understand.
01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Who Goes? ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
02 Description of Service

Who Goes? is an iOS app for quick group decisions and party play. It lets people place fingers on the screen to choose a player, create teams, decide order, run elimination-style picks, and play Truth or Dare prompts.
The App is meant for entertainment and convenience. It should not be used for decisions that require fairness guarantees, safety review, legal judgment, or professional advice.
03 License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal entertainment and group activities. You may not:

04 In-App Purchases

Who Goes? may offer an optional one-time lifetime purchase, currently called Who Goes? Plus, to unlock additional modes, packs, customization, or other premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

We do not process payment card information. Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, refunds, family sharing, and payment handling are managed by Apple. We do not provide refunds outside Apple's standard refund process.
05 Truth or Dare and User Responsibility

Truth or Dare prompts and other game content are provided for entertainment. You are responsible for deciding whether a prompt or activity is appropriate for your group, location, age range, and situation. Do not use the App to pressure anyone into unsafe, unwanted, illegal, or harmful behavior.
06 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, names, prompts, and other original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property in the App.
07 Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including Apple App Store, iCloud, and RevenueCat. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly random, or suitable for any particular group decision or activity.
09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Who Goes? and its developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the App changes. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App should first be addressed through good-faith communication.
